Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the use, access, deployment, and operation of FOS AI™, a trademarked operational artificial intelligence infrastructure system.
By accessing our website, requesting consultation, or entering into an agreement for deployment of FOS AI™, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
DEFINITIONS
“FOS AI™” refers to the trademarked artificial intelligence infrastructure system, including its architecture, deployment framework, implementation methodology, software components, documentation, and related intellectual property.
“Client” refers to any organization, company, or entity engaging FOS AI™ services.
“Services” refers to deployment, configuration, training, integration, optimization, and support of FOS AI™.
“Deployment” refers to the installation and configuration of FOS AI™ within a client’s infrastructure environment.
NATURE OF FOS AI™
FOS AI™ is a private operational AI infrastructure system designed for enterprise and mid market organizations including real estate development firms, construction companies, brokerages, CPA offices, and operational businesses.
FOS AI™ is not a public chatbot platform, downloadable software template, or consumer AI tool.
Each deployment is customized according to the client’s operational structure and integration requirements.
LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Subject to a signed agreement and applicable fees, Client is granted a limited, non transferable, non sublicensable license to use FOS AI™ within its internal business operations.
Permitted use includes:
• Internal workflow automation
• Document analysis and operational intelligence
• Integration with approved systems
• Internal reporting and data structuring
Client may not:
• Resell FOS AI™
• Reverse engineer system architecture
• Replicate the deployment methodology
• Create derivative competing systems
• Publicly distribute proprietary components
All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of FOS AI™ and its owners.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during engagement.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to:
• Business processes
• Technical architecture
• Strategic documentation
• Financial information
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.
